In the WIPO Domain Name Dispute Case D2017-1220, the complainant, N2COM of Belgium, contested the domain name “babyboom.com,” registered by the respondents, Whois Privacy Services and Domain Admin, Xedoc Holding SA. N2COM, operating the website “babyboom.be,” argued that the domain was identical or confusingly similar to their BABY BOOM and BABYBOOM trademarks.
