In the WIPO domain name dispute case D2020-2608, Wedi GmbH, a German manufacturer, filed a complaint against Dong Jin Kim from the Republic of Korea over the domain name . The panel denied the complainant’s request for a finding of Reverse Domain Name Hijacking, and the complaint was ultimately denied.
